Shipping policy

 

We process your orders within 1-2 business days (Custom items not included) and your goods will be delivered to you at your doorstep within 4-8 business days. For custom orders and large orders, the shipment can take up to 14 days to process and leave our facility for shipment. 

*Kuuma Shoes does not have control over on-hold shipment by courier company and shipment time Once goods are shipped, we will forward your tracking number to track the progress of shipment in real-time. 

Custom and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duty and the buyer is responsible for bearing those charges. Seller will not be responsible for any fee/customs/duty imposed by your government. We don't guarantee it but we will try our best to deliver the goods with the exact customs duty HS(commodity) code.

U.S. Shipping & Tariff Notice:

All shipments to the U.S. are subject to a 10% base tariff plus existing import duties (approx. 6%).

Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes associated with the purchase.

Once your order arrives in the U.S., shipping companies will contact you via email or SMS to collect these charges before delivery.
